Our handsome door plates are made from a satin finish brass. Plates slide easily into matching brackets which are included.  Brackets may be attached to a wall or door through pre-drilled 3/8" holes (screws not included). For indoor use only.

For added touch, Scales of Justice or Medical caduceus are available at no charge in the top right corner on 4" x 12" only.  (If you would like another logo, you must email logo artwork to forcounsel@forcounsel.com to see if it can be done and there will be an added charge)

25 Characters maximum per line included. (If you need more characters, the engraving will be smaller) 3 Line limit.  Allow 2 weeks for shipment. Personalized Items are non-refundable.
